At Lola Blankets, we want you to experience the ultimate comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the blanket is in its original, unwashed condition and securely pack it in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
